How Do I Replace Rejected MTurk Workers?

When you reject workers, they are not automatically replaced in your data collection. To replace rejected workers, follow the steps below.

When you reject a submission from an MTurk Worker, the worker is not automatically replaced. This is because study progress is calculated based on worker submissions not requester approvals. To replace rejected participants, you can copy your HIT and launch the new version for the number of participants you would like to replace. When you copy a HIT, the original study is automatically excluded from the cloned study, making workers who took the first study ineligible for the second study.
