Replacing Rejected Participants on Prime Panels

Replacing rejected participants on Prime Panels depends on the status of your study and where you are in your data collection.

  1. If your study is Live, rejected participants will be automatically replaced for you.
  2. If it has been less than 7 days since your study completed, you can reject participants from the completed study. You will be refunded for each participant you reject when your study is marked as "closed." Then, you can copy your study and open a second study to replace rejected participants.

NOTE: Prime Panels will not allow you to run a study for less than 50 participants. If you are trying to replace participants from a prior study and it is less than 50 participants, please set your study to 50 participants, save it, and then contact customer support. A customer support representative will manually lower the number of participants for your survey.
  3. Finally, if it has been more than 14 days since your study completed, you will need to contact our customer service in order to discuss the best way to replace participants.
