Requesting a refund from CloudResearch

If you uploaded more money to your CloudResearch account than needed for your study, you can request a refund by emailing support@cloudresearch.com. In your email, include your account name and the last 4 digits of the card you used. Your refund will be issued to the same card. If your card is no longer active, we will work with you and the credit card payment processing company to issue a refund. 

Requesting a refund from MTurk

Amazon Mechanical Turk and CloudResearch are two independent companies. As a result, we cannot issue refunds for money placed on an MTurk account. For a refund from MTurk account, please contact an MTurk representative.
