Requesting a refund from CloudResearch

If you uploaded more money to your CloudResearch account than needed for your study, you can request a refund by emailing support@cloudresearch.com. In your email, include your account name and the last 4 digits of the card you used to upload funds to CloudResearch. Your refund will be issued to the same card used to fund your account. We cannot refund the amount to a different card than the one used to fund the account, but we can issue a check if the card used is no longer active.

Requesting a refund from MTurk

Amazon Mechanical Turk and CloudResearch are two independent companies. As a result, we cannot issue refunds for money placed on an MTurk account. For a refund from MTurk account, please contact an MTurk representative.
